If the circumstances require an estimate prior to commencing the required work, we will provide an estimate for our customers after our certified associates have conducted a rigorous assessment to determine the extent of the damage.

Our onsite associate is equipped to accurately predict what services need to be performed to stop any more damage from occurring, and, to alleviate any damage that took place during the emergency.

After this assessment has been finalized, we will provide an estimate for the entire amount of work that needs to be done to return your property to its previous condition.

Please note that most Insurance companies will not require an initial quote for remediation services as the priority is stopping and preventing more damage from occurring.

Yes. It is a good idea to report the loss to your Insurance company to establish a claim as soon as possible, this call can occur either before or, after calling Apex Restoration.
